UGH

You know your skin's being hypersensitive when the following things set your body off on a "I'm covered in buuuugs!" panic:

Your extremely short haircut touching your ears.
And your forhead.
And the back of your neck.
The fan moving the hairs on your arm slightly.
,,, actually just the air moving.
The existance of leg hair.
Any spot that the skirt you're wearing touches your skin.

An actual cockroach crawling over your foot and you totally don't realise there was something there till you bat at it with your other foot cause your skin's been sending false covered in bugs positives all night. YERG.

I GIVE UP. BED TIME IS NOW. MAYBE MY DREAMS WON'T HAVE ME JUMPING AND THINKING AKK, BUGS ON SKIN. I SURRENDER. STOPPIT NOW.

I have tried muscle relaxers but they're my husband's so I don't want to get hooked on that. When I breathe, the sheet moves just enough to jar me awake. I know your pain.
