Nah, my migraines. I'm pretty low on the pain scale as migraines go, but, too many of the other symptoms to go 'just a headache', ya know? Oversensitivity to sound and light where I just want to bury myself in a dark room full of soft bedding but I get hit with oversensitivity to touch till I want to claw my skin off and I want to throw up my toenails but I never actually get to vomit, it's just a rolling lump in my stomach that refuses to resolve into anything. Dizzy enough that walking in a straight line is impossible, even with one hand on the wall. Fortunately, I don't get the visual distortions known as aura.
I got really lucky. Some people with migraines, caffeine is an on-switch. For me, it mitigates, drops the pain levels down till I can almost pretend it's a headache. Well, until I try to stand up.
Caffiene helps your headaches?
